- 1. How can I join Chill4Life ?
- To join you must first become a member (Click on JOIN) Once you are signed up, you can make your first spend. All spends must be made through the Members Area. You can login using the member username and password you receive by email when you signed up.
- 2. I wish to upgrade what pay system can I join with?
- We take Alertpay for now, we may add more later.
3. How can I withdraw funds?
- Withdraw section is in your members area. You can also reinvest!
- 4. How long does it take for my deposit to be added to my account?
- Your account will be updated most times within one business hour. (we do sleep so if late in AM)
- 5. How can I change my e-mail address or password?
- Log into your account and click on the "Account Information". You can change your e-mail address and password there.
- 6. Can I make an additional deposit to my account once it has been opened?
- Yes, you can just login to members area.
- 7. After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available?
- Funds are usually available within 24 hours, every payout is made manually
- 8. How can I check my account balances?
- You can access the account information 24 hours, seven days a week in members area.
- 9. May I open several accounts in your program?
- No. If we find that one member has more that one account, the entire funds will be frozen.
- 10. Who manages the funds?
- These funds are managed by a team of admins and YOU the Members!
- 11. How is the team nature of the program beneficial to
me?
- Once you come in, you are in line for cycling. The
system forces you up through the ranks by new people
coming in after you as well as by the daily
subscription fees being paid by the folks who came in
ahead of you. So, everyone helps everyone else move
through the payments - even your
sponsor and all the people he or she brought in.
- 12. In my back office, will be able to see the people I
have brought in?
- Yes. Their information is available to you under
the link, "my referrals" in your back office.
- 13. Do I need to advertise or sponsor to receive
money?
- No. It is not necessary, but you're likely to
get paid faster if you advertise. And, since since you
are paid on all personal referrals, the more you bring
in, well, the more referral commision you earn.
- 14. Will I be able to speak with members of your staff?
